As a manager, I've been through the frustration of aimless meetings – we've all been there. That's why I want to share the five essential meetings that can transform how you lead your team. 🌐

1️⃣ Operational Meetings: Your day-to-day huddle to share info, brainstorm, or make decisions. Keep it purposeful; if it doesn't align with these goals, question the need for a meeting.

2️⃣ Business/Project Reviews: Regular check-ins focusing on key metrics. Use a traffic light system (green, yellow, red) to gauge performance. Be sure to ask the right questions to a clear understanding of the issues and status.

3️⃣ One-on-One Sessions: Connect individually with each team member. Ask about challenges they're facing and offer support. It's about smoothing their path, not doing their work.

4️⃣ Performance Management Meetings: Quarterly deep dives into employee development. Identify their aspirations and bridge the knowledge gaps. Set targets and goals for growth.

5️⃣ Engagement Meetings: Unstructured, fun sessions to let your team bond. Think storytime, scavenger hunts, or a casual coffee outing. The key is regularity – aim for weekly connections.

Scheduling these five types of meetings are the backbone of any successful team. Let me know what types meetings or any questions you might have.
